Check-in Assistance Service (CAS)

For those nervous about the check-in process, this service may be what you seek.

Standard Service:

The driver will pick up and escort you and your luggage to the check-in desks in departures, ensuring you are in the correct check-in queue, or will hand you over to a Customer Service Advisor. 
£30 includes parking.

Premium Service:

We will stay with you and escort you to the security area as standard service.
N.B. - The driver is NOT allowed to enter the security area and is limited to the entrance gate.
£50 includes parking.

Please ensure you request CAS when booking, as asking later may be difficult to accommodate.

Business Travel

If you are attending an important meeting and need some preparation time beforehand or wish to relax before finalising a multi-million-pound deal, we can provide you with an executive car service for an hour or two, the entire day, or for however long you need. Our service ensures complete discretion as we drive you anywhere in the UK.

Price starts from £100, includes 1st hour, then £40 per hour or part of.

  • What do you do?
    We are an award-winning executive car service specialising in airport and cruise transfers and long-distance travel around the UK in our licenced private hire vehicles.
  • Who are you licenced with?
    We are licensed to operate by Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP) and are fully insured with up to £5 million Public Liability cover. Our licence number is 159948.
  • Do you cover Bournemouth Airport?
    No! Generally, the shortest trip we do is Southampton Airport/Cruise Terminals.
  • Can you take us to the local shops down the road?
    No, we are a long-distance specialist providing executive transfers primarily to airports and seaports for business and leisure purposes, not a minicab (taxi) service.
  • Can you provide cars for Weddings?
    Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we had to shut down our Wedding Car Service. We don't have plans to revisit this particular service for the foreseeable future.
  • How many passengers can you take?
    Our cars are licensed to take 4 passengers but are comfortable for 3 passengers, and our minibus is licensed for 7 passengers.
  • When should I book you?
    As soon as you have booked your holiday or have travel dates. That way, you can relax and look forward to a business day or trip! For short-notice bookings, we can't promise to be able to accommodate you.
  • Is a booking deposit required?
    Generally, no, but we reserve the right to do so. It would be a non-returnable deposit of 20%.
  • How can we pay?
    Details will be shown on the booking confirmation along with the payment due date. We accept payments through bank transfers (BACS) and credit/debit cards via payment link and in cash.
  • I’m going to Heathrow how long will it take?
    Our aim is to get you there 2-3 hours before departure, and we allow 2 hours of travelling time. So if your flight departs at 14:00, we suggest a 09:00 - 10:00 pickup time. Depending on traffic conditions, we may suggest longer travelling times.
  • I’m going to Gatwick how long will it take?
    Our aim is to get you there 2 - 3 hours before departure, and we allow 2.5 hours of travelling time. So if your flight leaves at 14:00, we suggest an 08:30 - 09:30 pickup time. Depending on travel times, we may suggest longer travelling times.
  • How much luggage can we take?
    We allow 1 suitcase (30 kg) and 1 piece of hand luggage per passenger, in line with most airlines. If you're going on a cruise, you can take more, but this may entail a larger vehicle and, therefore, higher cost.
  • What’s included in the service/price?
    A bottle of still water is provided for each passenger, with our compliments on all journeys. At airports, any dropoff charges and pickups (inbound) up to 1 hour’s car parking.
  • Do we get a booking confirmation?
    Yes, in most cases, but if it is a short-notice booking, then probably not.
  • What are the busiest times to travel?
    Traditionally, the busiest times are Sunday afternoons, Monday mornings and Friday afternoons and evenings. So during these periods, we would allow extra travelling time.
  • Can we stop en route?
    Of course you can. Just let us know at the time of booking so we can allow for it when calculating a pickup time. Also, for safety reasons, we recommend that our drivers stop approximately every 2.5 hours for a break.
  • Do you charge extra for Bank Holidays & Unsocial times?
    Yes, we do. Bank and public holidays and unsocial hours (23:00 - 05:59). The office will inform you of this when booking.

My Sister had passed away, unexpectedly after a very short illness, and her funeral was to be held in December, a long way away in the north midlands. Not the best time of year for a woman to drive alone, with the probability of bad weather and short dark days, coupled with shock and sadness. My problem was solved from the first initial telephone contact with K Watson Cars, and their calm professionalism dealt immediately with all my requirements for dates and times of travel.

Collection was to the minute with an immaculate car, and a most comfortable journey to Solihull arriving exactly as promised. My return journey was arranged for four days later and an advance text from Mr Watson confirmed his arrival time, again exactly as promised, and I was brought safely home to Poole. Mr. Watson's driving was exemplary and his manner at all times extremely charming and courteous. I was safe, comfortable and stress free, and will not hesitate to re-book and recommend in future.
